This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you use the contact form on syphar.net. It only describes what this site actually does — nothing more.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional company name, the project budget range you select, and the message you type in. We don’t use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts anywhere on this site, so we don’t collect anything beyond what you submit yourself.

Why we collect it

Solely to read your inquiry and reply to it. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t sell or share it with third parties.

Where it’s stored

Submissions are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database. The hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and database provider (MongoDB Atlas) act as our data processors for this purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time — see below.

Your rights

If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right under GDPR to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To do either, send us a message through the contact form and we’ll act on it directly.
